Penelope is one of Reggie's greatest friends. She makes time to visit Reggie in the Autumn but looks forward to going back home to the cold and bright white condtions of the Artic. Penelope's favourite activity to do is stand at the edge of a waterfall and wait for the fish to jump up and out of the water.
